［关于Vueling官网订票］收到航班确认好 有预订单

请教各位大侠，之前在Vueling官网订了一张机票，但是，有信用卡扣款，有收到邮件确认信。其中包括Booking Code等一些信息。可是现在我再登录官网，选择订单后，总显示“Access Denied”. 然后，我再用app查订单也是一样的提示信息。再打开官网，有看到说是订单被取消。。。。。我也是醉了。。。。。。为什么。。。。。。。。。。。会这样。。。。。。。。。。。。。多谢各位大侠

可是我当时买信用卡都显示扣款了。。。。。。。。。。为肾。。。。。。。
确认邮件，也是显示：BOARDING PASS seat/Booking code 都有。。。

银行确认扣款了吗？还是预授权？把所有信息发邮件去官网邮箱问
