Hi Helen, Thank you for your email about buying a Railcard. You can purchase the Two Together Railcard at Edinburgh Waverley station. The opening hours of the ticket office are as follows: Monday-Saturday 05:00-23:59Sunday 07:00-23:59 I hope this helps. Kind regards, Railcards Team
