根据SIXT美国公司的跨州租赁条例：只能在California（加利佛尼亚州）、Arizona(亚历桑那州)、Oregon(俄勒冈州)、Washington(华盛顿州)、Nevada(内华达州)、Utah（犹他州）以上州进行跨州驾车。
如果是这样的话，是不是只能换其他车行的车啊？
