Go to French customs BEFORE checking in with the goods purchased and get the customs stamp.Check in.
If the refund is requested in cash on the form => go to the Global Exchange counter in the transit or public area.
If a refund is requested by credit card => send the documents by post (yellow letterbox available in the transit or public area).
