我的小孩14岁去美国上学，爸爸没时间我送她过去，请问这种情况要不要开爸爸的同意书并公证？我和小孩是同组入关还是分开入关？

父母一方携带18岁以下未成年人入境， 强烈建议 携带另一方的同意书， 同意书内容如下：
I acknowledge that my wife/husband/etc. is traveling out of the country with my son/daughter/group. He/She/They has/have my permission to do so.
同时建议对此同意书进行公证
CBP不一定会要求你出示，但一旦CBP官员要你出示同意书而你没有的话，恭喜，你要进小黑屋了，然后CBP官员会研究这个是不是你孩子，等研究完了之后你才能出来。。。
所以为了避免麻烦，建议开下同意书，公证倒是无所谓。
