IATA的回答如下：看来是持有申根签证可以免签；但是其他签证不管用，需要申请，申请费50美金

2017.08.26亲测墨西哥陆路入境伯利兹出境出境墨西哥要准备陆路入境那张500比索收费A4纸收据(入境墨西哥时表示要停留超过7天，就直接交了500比索，这个钱交过就包括出境费啦)，出境就不交钱！我的收据丢了，墨迹半天老头没办法指给我走到对面，可以拿信用卡打印当时交钱收据(因为我坚持他如果再收我500比索我需要收据，他总绕开这个问题我就觉得有问题)，结果我们出境墨西哥和入境伯利滋一分钱没交。
