新加坡转机需要办新加坡签证吗？

转机不出境的话不需要visa， 但是如果遇到fly scoot之类廉价航空不买他家的fly thru的话，是必须出境才能拿到下一程登机牌的。
但是transit visa现在官方网站已经不提中国了，但是还是有一定概率会拿到，不过一般都是回中国的时候，而不是离开中国的那程。

目前新加坡官方网站上已经找不到任何有关过境签的文字了，根据最近的文字，上面写返程可用，过境签96小时。

今年春节我去澳大利亚，返程途经新加坡，全家过境免签成功。不过，如果只是联程转机，不需要办理过境签。
