英国签证申请进度

2016年7月1日英国广州签证中心递交资料，2大1小。7月11日邮件咨询进度，2大回复比较正常“ I have tracked the status (GWF0404800** and date of birth **/**/19**) and found it is yet to be assessed by an Entry Clearance
Officer (ECO). ”， 小朋友的就比较悬“ I have tracked the status (GWF0404791** and date of birth **/**/2007) and found that a decision on your application has been delayed whilst further enquiries are being conducted. Your visa application centre or the entry clearance officer will contact you once a decision has been made or, if necessary, during the consideration of your application. ” 个人怀疑是学校证明出问题。因为学校规定出具10/1-10/7的准假证明，而我们的出行时间是9/29-10/10， 前后多出的假期要同班主任申请，可刚好女儿9月升3年级，现在学校也未确定3年级的班主任名字，所以这个学校证明算是有瑕疵的吧，会不会因为这个？ 如果能电调最好，起码有个解释的机会。请问有电调经验的能说说吗？ 因为订了8月中去新加坡，等着英签出来后，还要办理新加坡签证，时间很紧张呀。万一被拒，新加坡签证是不是也危险了？好着急呀。。。。
