大峡谷yavapai lodge住宿问题，10月1日，选择西面电

请问住过yavapai lodge的朋友，我们打算今年10月1日住这个旅馆，届时大峡谷天气如何？选择西面没有空调只有电风扇的房间热不热？因为两个房间差价较大，如果很热，那我们就只好选带空调的了。


另外，这个饭店如果提前取消要不要罚钱？
Policies Cancel 3 days prior to arrival or forfeit 1st night room and tax plus any non-refundable vendor components. 1st nights room and tax due at time of reservation plus any non-refundable vendor components.
这是官网上的取消政策。我个人理解是提前3天取消，否则要收第一晚的钱。不知道对不对。
