我是提前在网上买火车票，但是我的芯片信用卡支付不了，磁条信用卡就没问题，这种到机器上取票，磁条卡无法识别吗？能到人工柜台取票吗？

感谢大家回复，已经解决问题。是master的芯片卡的问题，换成visa芯片卡立马支付正常。另外在芯片卡支付不了的时候，如果支持电子打印票，可以选打印票，这个不验证卡

对, 英国都换成芯片的,没有芯片用不了,最好拿着邮件,直接把邮件确认单给人工服务的,就能给你票.
柜台，万年有效的是柜台。呵呵
