新信息说要提交父亲不同行的同意书，可是找不到信息里说的那个welcome page 的 view check list，请各位有经验的DX帮忙。。。。。到底到哪里提交补充材料~~~~我是直接到发到邮箱里的邮件里的链接登陆的。
