london pass退款问题

之前买了3天的london pass，现在发现时间有点紧张，想换成6天的。于是发邮件过去要求退款，但是已经整整5天了都没有回复啊，马上就要过30天的退款期了，再不回复的话我找谁去啊。而且不回复我也不敢买新的啊。请大家支招，有申请退款过的说说经验啊。
