flexible车票的条款是这样的：FAMILY : Passengers travelling with a child under the age of 12 (proof of age to be shown on the train). Ticket exchangeable free of charge until the day before departure. Ticket not exchangeable after departure. Ticket refundable without charge before departure and up to 1 hour after departure at a departure station in France. Ticket can be refunded after departure subject to a charge of 50% of the ticket value.
