亚航退款被拒

因为不同的付款者帮助同一个乘客重复购买了。第一个付款人买的是同一张订单往返，第二个付款人是往返程分两张订单购买。申请退款时退回了第二个付款人支付的去程，重新要求退回返程票时，亚航回复邮件如下：We have reviewed your request and we regret to inform you that your request has been declined as the Booking number submitted was the first confirmed Booking in our system. This Booking has been confirmed and cannot be cancelled.Duplicate Bookings made subsequent to the first Booking will be identified automatically in our system and refunded. A case acknowledgement will be sent to your e-mail if any other duplicate Bookings are detected in our system. 所以没有其他办法了吗？
