凌晨的时候脑子不清醒在官网上预定了两大一下的门票 填写信用卡号之后显示已经收到申请 有7位订单号 但是信用卡没有收到扣款信息 而且悲催的是我发现多订了一张票 （购物车之前选的没清空） 又写信联系了美术馆 同样没答复。我这种是预定成功的标志吗 它会返还我多订的一张票吗 跪求大侠们回答
