买了intercity的pass，无法进入Pass Holder，找不到A

When you purchase your pass you are asked to enter an access code. This function is a bit like a password or secret phrase and can be whatever you want.When you log in to the site or ring our Contact Centre to book travel you'll be asked for your access code so make sure you choose one you won't forget!
