关于美国免面续签的问题

1. 中信银行已缴纳续签费，但之前只是将原来的DS160调出来为了生成新的AA码，没有上传新的ID照片
2.现在在网上生成文件提交信 (Drop Box Confirmation Letter)碰到了问题，能生成提交信，但是在
“Have you been issued a U.S. Visa before：□ Yes □ No

1. All Applicants:”在这段下面有一个不能显示图片信息的图片框：大致意思为啥显示不出呢，因为我没有权限看或者图片被系统移除。且图片下方有黑体字写着：IMPORTANT: Old photographs or photographs not conforming to the above will result in your application being REFUSED and RETURNED to you, leading to delays in obtaining your visa.​
Ok，我换电脑换浏览器，结果仍是显示不出。
Then，人家说是不是因为当时在生成新的DS160的时候我没有上传照片？then, 我立马去DS160更新照片，结果还是然并卵。
各位知道的专家，能不能帮帮我呢。。。或者这个有电话可以打过去问吗？
