为什么我注册cleartrip时总是遇到This method is not

在创建IRCTC账户的时候，按照攻略一步步填写，因为我有朋友在印度，手机号还特地写的是她的印度当地手机号，地址和邮编还是写的中国的，结果还是总出现这句话。。。。。

连注册都不能注册，我要崩溃了。。。
