如果有托运行李的话是不是只能在柜台check in？还是可以先手机app上check in然后drop the luggage？

2018年官网规定，乘坐到英国或从英国出发的班次，或从非申根国进入欧洲的班次的乘客需要在线填写API才能办理网上值机。而中国护照持有者不能完成网上填写，只能现场到柜台值机。另外，即使具有欧洲国家短暂居民证，residence identification，也只能在柜台值机。
China is not on the list of countries that allow the Advanced Passenger Information (API) to be completed in advance. Please go to the check-in desk in sufficient time to do so and also to get your boarding pass.
For security reasons, only a Passport may be used to fill out the API (Advanced Passenger Information). To prove your identity using a document other than a passport, you must go to the check-in desk at the airport (don't forget to be there in sufficient time to complete this procedure)

其实伏林航空官网都讲的很清楚，楼主自己要看啊，伏林是有些航线无法online check in比如我有一次买他们家的罗马飞杜布，就只能现场check in，反之，如果网上可以提前弄得就自己提前弄好，带上boarding pass去，最后无论是否网上弄好，有托运行李都要去柜台办理托运
Vueling值机要在网上进行，缴费选座位，如果不愿意缴费，就等他们给你安排座位，网上值机打印。托运行李要预先在网上缴费，现场交费更贵。行李到柜台交运。
Veuling航空的规定，非欧盟国家的人员，必须在机场柜台值机不收费
有行李还是要通过柜台办理的啊。。
