尼斯到米兰的电子火车票需要换实体票么？

大家好！我买了早上8点从尼斯出发去米兰的火车票，在trenitalia网站订的，我看了下是euro city的列车。游四海旅游问答里有人说意铁的跨国列车需要换实体票，还要在出票的国家换，那我这种需要么？
我的电子票上面有这么一段话：No more tickets! You just need the Booking reference (PNR) together with the car and seat numbers to board the trains. Just give that information to the crew as evidence of your Booking. However, to facilitate boarding, we recommend that you print this travel confirmation and show it to the crew.
说要换票的回答时间都比较久远了，是不是现在已经可以无纸化了呢？
