无法调出已经填好的160表格怎么办？

2012年2月27日的美签，有效期到2013年2月23日。现在想中信代传递。刚刚登录160填写的网站。输入AA开头的上次的代码，却提示 The DS-160 application you are attempting to retrieve has been archived because it was submitted more than 30 days ago. It will take approximately 15minutes to retrieve the application. Do you want to continue retrieving the archived DS-160 application?

我选择了yes之后又出现这条：Please correct all areas in error as indicated below. Once you have finished, click ‘Retrieve Application’ button to continue completing your online application form. The system cannot retrieve the requested application at this time. Please try again.

我用的是IE浏览器。
