伦敦希斯罗机场内转航站楼怎么转

因为第一次到希斯罗机场，到达航站楼是Terminal 4,可是要去TERMINAL 5 找人
网上说可以坐巴士或者地铁
请问有知道具体点的吗？比如巴士坐几路？或者地铁方便找吗？

最快的方式，跟着London Express的方向走，有Terminal 5到4和1，2，3的列车。或者前往Underground的标识的地铁也可以，统统不要钱
