求助人在非洲国家办英国签证如何查询进度，谢

人在非洲的科特迪瓦，当地没有英国大使馆只有一个办事处，把资料和护照快递到英国后差不多一个月了查询进度说是等快递的消息，但是无论是网站上还是邮件客服都无法提供DHL快递单号查询，现在签证结果不知道，护照也不知道在哪里了，求助各位亲有么有类似经历或是不是只能等待，如果护照丢了怎么办？谢谢大家

If you work for a very big organisation there (e.g., AfDB), you may ask your organisation to help you to deal with such issues, I think that may work better in Africa.

还是最好和办事处面对面询问这个事儿。我老公在非洲办理的法签，还挺顺利的。
