通过CLEARTRIP预定印度火车票每次都需要新的OTP？

前几天刚刚在CLEARTRIP和印度国铁激活绑定成功，也预订了几程车票，今天想再订票，出现了以下提示。
Please note: As per new regulations, you will be redirected to the IRCTC website where you must login and confirm this Booking. Click here to reset your IRCTC password这是新规定么？那每次买票岂不是都需要新的验证码么？！没有手机号如何获得？？

另外，我第一站是科钦，如果到了当地买后几程的车票AC3以上的，有可能么，现在网站上有的显示已经是WL状态了。。。。
