关于美签DS160的申请国家问题

美签160表格中，Are you applying in the same country where the visa above was issued and is this country your principal country of residence?
之前在加拿大申请过美签，觉得应该回答NO。但是中国又是principal country of residence,又觉得要写YES。
这样的话，就矛盾了。。。
该怎么填呢？求指教！谢谢！
