新旧护照的出入境问题

请教各位大神，我现在有一枚有效的加拿大学签。但最近换了本新护照，如新旧两本护照同时出示中国边检放行吗？

去年11月份给beijing-immigration@international.gc.ca写信，他们的回复是：
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised you have 2 choices:
1- You may travel and appear at the Canadian port of entry with both a valid
passport and a valid Canadian visa. If you have renewed your passport since
your visa was issued, you must carry both passports with you when you travel
(the passport with the valid visa and the new passport). Please check with
the airline you will fly with regarding requirements if you would like to
choose this option.
2- You may apply for a replacement visa at the Beijing Office. Please be
advised that we recommend the second choice. If you choose to do so
please submit the following:
-The passport containing the valid Canadian Visa as well as your new passport.
- Payment
for a replacement document: Certification and Replacement of Immigration
Document,
- A letter explaining why you are applying for a replacement visa, containing
your name, date of birth and clear contact details (telephone, email, and
address in Chinese characters)
- The damaged passport and visa, study/work permit and/or travel document.
Please note: the visa validity date will only be issued up to the date of
the initial visa being replaced.

由于老护照上存有有效签证问题，护照到期换发新护照，国际惯例是“新老护照同时使用”，新护照上面有注明“本护照持有人同时持有XXXXX。号护照”，并为老护照剪掉一个角，为的就是两本护照同时使用，否则按规定老护照是要收回的。如果你在申请护照时为了老护照上有用的东西而私自隐藏了老护照，例如报遗失，那么你的新护照同样会出现“本护照持有人同时持有XXXXX。号护照”字样，但没有在系统进行关联，等于你即使出示两本护照也没用，你必须进行签证再申请。所以申请护照时应该声明你老护照中存有有效签证需要保留老护照。我个人长期持有新老护照，总是有签证存留问题。但是各国对于发出长期签证的做法不一，加拿大给我的十年签却是按照我护照有效期只给了四年，奥巴马给我十年却远超我护照有效期，又要拿两本护照了。?
如果你这次要出境到加拿大旅行并且你的有效加拿大签证在老护照上，那么需要联系加拿大领馆把你的老护照上的有效签证重新签转到新护照上！

我写信去问过加拿大签证中心，回信也很明确的说要去重新贴新的签证，不能用老护照的。回头我找找email，贴上来。
首先，加拿大移民部明确说明了，老护照上的加拿大有效签证可以和新护照一起使用，而且加拿大签证不存在“转移”的说法。
