两年英国签现在可以办了吗

现在已经2016了 但是官网上standard visitor visa还是up to 6 months，我现在可以开始填写表格了吗还是需要等到官网改了才能申？到时候改了会是只针对中国申请者的standard visitor visa是两年其他还是六个月？

以官网为准，英签的签证期跟签证费挂钩的，时间越长费用越多，等官网显示两年了再办吧。
今天去交申请了，工作人员说是从下周开始才有两年。
