希斯罗机场有没有SOUTH WEST TRAINS可以取票的地方？

小女子第一次去英国萨里出差，因为经费问题不敢打的，只能下载了The trani line的APP，在上面买到了从Heathrow Terminals 1,2,3 Bus 到Woking的Bus,然后再从 Woking转到Guildford Station的火车票。买票之后发现APP上提示说： Warning! The departure station for this journey does not have ticket collection facilities. You must collect your ticket from an alternative station before you travel.
然后我点开看票的信息，也写了说Heathrow Terminals 1,2,3 Bus does not have a ticket machine, you can collect them from another station.
下面有一个链接：Find a ticket machine. 我点开看了一下，先是说 You don't need to pick up your tickets from the station you selected when making a Booking- You can collect from an enabled machine at any one of over 1700 station in the list below.
然后我看了一下列表，里面是有一个heathrow termingals 1,2,3 Rail，这是不是代表，其实希斯罗的1 2 3 航站楼是有取票处的，只是因为我选择的是Bus 而不是Rail？
另外补充一下，发我邮箱里的comfirmation 明确写了这个不是票只是一个你预定的确认书。貌似是不可以直接拿着上车的。
