马来西亚transit visa——包含马来西亚驻北京大使

本人计划2016年2月14号开始行程，广州-吉隆坡-巴厘岛，14号搭南方航空到吉隆坡（KLIA1），15号搭亚航（KLIA2）前往巴厘岛。过境时间只有30小时左右。
我担忧的点主要有以下几个：
1、我的机票不是全程亚航或者马航，可以吗？
2、我的机票不属于中转联程，且在大马要入境，中国边防是否放我出关，南方航空会不会不给我打牌？
3、见到有人说签证的各种问题，担心会有意外啊，请问有过有经验的驴友可以说明下吗？

后续：
我发邮件去了马来西亚驻北京大使馆，大使馆回复“If you plan to stay in Malaysia before you continue your flight to Bali, you can apply for transit visa at the Malaysia airport (including KLIA2) and this transit visa will valid for 120 hours (5 days) maximum. The only requirements you need to comply is to prove to the Immigration Officer at the Malaysia Airport that you have confirmed air tickets to Bali using only Air Asia flight or Malaysia Airlines within 120 hours from the transit visa approved. if you need further information please do not hesitate to contact the Immigration Office at KLIA at +603 8776 3681 / 3679.”也就是说，应该还是要求机票至少有一程或者是离境航班是亚航或者马航的。中国边防方面，广州白云边检回复说去巴厘岛的话，会放行的
