继续询问，在德国DB官网已预订付款的特价票车次

昨天询问了关于已付款车次取消怎么办的问题，感谢各位Qyer的热心回答，也明白了如何处理。但今天收到DB官网的邮件，正式通知该班次取消，说明如果是全价票可以坐当天的随便车次，如果是特价票则需要参考他们官网的信息，结果信息的链接是德文。。。末了，给了如下的英文：All data are included without warrantly,express or implied. Deutsche Bahn employees will be happy to help you in the train and at the station. Your connection will be checked again on the day of departure if you haven't cancelled it in the meantime. If you have cancelled your connection, you might received another message on the day you travel, if applicable. 这样的话我是不是可以理解为”如果我不退票，我可以当天找问讯处更改为其他班次。如果退票将会在旅行当天收到信息。“我不想退票重新买票，是不是可以凭电子票到问讯处更改呢？不知道有没有有经验的Qyer有过类似的经历，谢谢你们的耐心解答，感谢！
