10月初在官网买的LONDON PASS 三日票，考虑到行程紧张就选择快递的方式取，官网是显示15个工作日会送到，但是目前已经20个工作日了还没有收到，写邮件过去后的回复如下，问题是，他们选择的英国皇家邮政没有tracking number，那叫我怎么查呢？皇家邮政在中国对应的邮政又是哪家？有没有办法可以查到？

I think you had better contact China Post ('You Ju')
A possible alternative way is to: ask them to CANCEL this London Pass and issue you a new one

英国邮政（Royal Mail）有的寄送方式出了英国就无法查询了。查询地址：https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
一般到中国的话就转成EMS了 你到邮局问问 我也买了 不过选了自取 因为怕万一要退的话比较方便
也遇到了类似的问题，对方给出的回答一样，请问后来是如何解决的呢？
