收到邮件要求重新填写1419的第14页

早上收到第一封邮件，得到Visa Grant Number of applicant，登录www.border.gov.au/vevo.查询结果是已准签。

但是下午收到第二封邮件内容如下：
Dear Authorised recipient/Agent,

Please refill page 14 of visa application form 1419 and send scaned copy via email regarding to

Please see the attached information regarding notification of the grant of the applicant(s) visitor visa.

这意思是让我重填14页扫描完再mail过去吗？那到底是准签了还是没准签？邮件是直接回复来信地址吗？
有没谁遇到过这个问题呢？
