virgintrain上订票选错了取票城市怎么办？

我想请问一下刚在virgintrains上订了几张票 由于是放到购物车里一起付款的 所以取票城市都默认成最后一站了 这怎么办呢 在别的城市能取到订的票嘛？谢谢大家啦
