关于在慕尼黑退税的问题

小弟我需要从马德里飞到北京，在慕尼黑转机，关于退税有两个问题
1.必须在慕尼黑退税么？
2.如果是必须再慕尼黑退税，我在机场只能停留1个多小时，还需要办理入关手续，有没有其他办法退？

回程MAD-MUC-国内联程机票的话，行李直挂。
托运行李内的退税物品的退税单在MAD非禁区海关盖章，你在MUC出境申根。手提行李内退税物品的退税单在MUC海关盖章。所有盖过章的退税单在MUC非申根国际禁区内退税点拿钱或者投入专用邮箱退税至信用卡。
部分奢侈品如LV包包和瑞士高价值手表等只能放在手提行李内，超过一定数额的退税款只能退税至信用卡。
