在德铁网站上申请退换票之后,再重新买票却无法

我在德铁网站上买了一张39欧的火车票.后来觉得时间不合适,把这张票申请了取肖并买新票.在取消的同时,我也选定了新的火车班次,并在德铁网站上输入了我的信用卡的付款信息.目前这张票是取消状态,但是在德铁我的帐户里,却没有我新买的票的信息.目前我要用信用卡再定别的德铁票,也不被允许使用.
德铁给我发邮件也没有完全看明白.

Payment instructions for a credit by SOFORT Überweisung (immediate payment transfer service) will only be issued after we have received the incoming payment. Please note that credit will be offset internally against further ticket purchases or existing Deutsche Bahn claims.
