为什么我会被contacted再次联系？我是在沈阳办理的，家在长春，难道北京处理完了之后要再次返回沈阳而非直接快递回长春嚒？这是第三次英签了，前两次都过了，这是什么意思呢？

你如果当时办的快递退回护照的话，那就等快递吧
如果没办快递退回护照，等签证中心通知你了，你就可以去取了。

It is nothing imporant. That means, a decision has been made, then later on the VAC may contact you to collect your passport. Once got the passport, you will know the outcome of application.
