关于伦敦眼取票的一点问题，取票需要带些什么

在官网上才订了伦敦眼的晚上19:00的票，定完后发现了一行这个collection信息，On the day of your visit, please collect your ticket(s) from our Ticket Collection Area located in our Ticket Office (usually desks 15-16) by showing your payment card, a printed copy of this confirmation email and a form of photo identification. Please allow about 15 minutes for ticket collection. Please refer to collection instructions below.想问一下a printed copy of this confirmation email 莫非是指要把确认单打印出来带过去？还有a form of photo identification又是什么呀？如果不是按照这个，那一般取票时除了信用卡，还需要提前准备什么呢？万分感谢！！！
