关于5岁儿童在伦敦叫出租车的问题

计划在伦敦最后一天早上7点从位于伯爵宫的酒店叫出租车到euston车站，因为女儿才5岁，是不是一定要跟出租车公司说有小孩，必须有儿童座椅（距离很近也需要吗）？需要提前预订吧？
