在英国的atg ticket购买音乐剧票时遇到无法购买的

想在atg ticket网站上买音乐剧的票，但是在放入购物车后进行购买的时候发生问题，在选择在票房取票后，然后选择信用卡类型，页面没什么反应输入的号码什么都清空，我看了下提示Billing Info是
