无法在smartvegas上用visa信用卡付款买票，急求助！

后天出门去美国，不知道到了lavegas可以现场买到Ka秀或者〇秀的折扣优惠票不？
试过好几张VISA中行、招行信用卡，都不成功。
这些卡在Princeline\southwest、Booking等美国网站上购买都是OK
省得提前预订，网上无法付款的问题？
报如下错误提示：
