挪威邮轮 Norwegian Jade Resident Special

之前在在cruisedirect上预定过好几次了，走过MSC,嘉年华、加勒比的船。一直都是随便选个州，没遇过到问题。这次预定了Norwegian Jade，final payment扣款后，发现上面标识Resident Special，点开看解释是Please note the fare you have selected is a Resident Special. At least 1 passenger must be a resident of the state the special is for.
Failure to provide proof of residency in the state may result in change of fare or cancellation of your Booking.

但是我预定的时候上面又没标识这个是美加居民才享受的费率喽。这个只是说说而已的，还是当天check in 会让我加钱？
