坐瑞士航空前往土耳其，在苏黎士转机要停留18小时，请问能否办理过境签，可以去苏黎士逛一圈。

Your final destination is outside of the Schengen Area and you wish to transit through Switzerland or stay in a Swiss airport in order to reach your final destination.Transit visa
The Transit Visa (Type C short stay visa) allows you to transit in Switzerland or in the Schengen Area for a maximum of five days before your departure for your final destination.Airport transit
(less than 24 hours and only allowing you to stay in the airport international area, this also applies only if you are travelling with a passport of one of these countries)
