6月24日在virgintrains买了一张7月3日的火车票，当时选的是Anytime single. 但是行程有变，所以想要退款，但是点击Refund后，一直提示：Your transaction is not yet ready to be refunded. Please try again later, apologies for any inconvenience.
找了半天，没找到其他按钮。难道我买错票了？

I am not quite sure about how to do refund。perhaps you need to go to a ticket office to ask?
