London Pass with Travel内含有的交通卡是Oyster卡吗？

1)刚购买了London Pass with Travel，看到里面的介绍说交通卡是Oyster卡，可以用于任何时段。但在论坛里又看到有人说交通卡在Peak时段不能用，不知道到底如何？看在官网上写：(with Oyster TravelCard) you can travel at any time of the day, any day of the week
2)这份交通卡应该无需再充值了吧？
3)在交通卡页面说明有写the Oyster Travelcard is actually vaild to use across all London, Zones 1-9, include travel to and from Heathrow Airport. Your travel to and from Windsor Castle is included in your London Pass + Travel package.但论坛里有人说Oyster是按区域购买的，是否London Pass套餐里面的Oyster卡是全区域的呢？
