德铁DB官网上显示出这样的信息，是否等于只能放

为了这程纠结了好多天了，今天刷DB官网，结果出来：
“ICE 1090: München Hbf - Stuttgart Hbf: Construction work. Train is running 40 minutes early. With the changes in departure time a reservation is temporarily unavailable. Please check your itinerary again shortly before departure.TGV 9552: Mannheim Hbf - Paris Est: Construction work. Train is not bookable until further notice.”
这样也就是两程都有问题，都有可能取消班次嘛？急。。。
