中国C1照公证后能在英国租车吗？能开座9座的v

一共六个人，加上行李打算在sixt上租vw的transporter，之前去新西兰有做过公正，是不是可以在sixt上租到车？可不可以开这个车型？

Non-EU citizens can drive vehicles with up to 9 passenger seats (FVMR).
A young driver surcharge applies for drivers under 25 years.
