关于瑞士活期火车通票的问题

SBB官网上是这么写的。
Swiss Travel Pass Flex.

The Swiss Travel Pass Flex is valid on a certain number of days within any given month.
Validity: any 3, 4, 8 or 15 days within a month.
You can obtain the Swiss Half Fare Card Combi as an additional card when you purchase a Swiss Travel Pass Flex or a Swiss Transfer Ticket. It costs CHF 60 and offers the same services as the Swiss Half Fare Card.

但是我看的不太理解。是说瑞士活期火车通票包含了半价卡的功能，这个半价卡价值60瑞朗，还是说如果需要半价卡的功能还需要另外多付60瑞朗？

另外，4天活期卡半价功能是从开始使用的第一天到最后使用的那一天，之间的可以打50%。还是从激活的第一天还未使用开始就可以用半价卡功能？4天可选时间用完后，在一个月有效期内交通可以打五折么？
