通过代理定的机票 从上海到伊斯坦布尔 然后再从伊斯坦布尔到卡帕多奇亚 可发现2班航班时间间隔只有1个多小时 怕不够换乘 所以打算改签 联系代理说不能改签 可看土耳其航空官网 写明不超过12小时都可以改 然后又找代理 让我自己改签 求助 有没有类似经验的 教我下 我刚去土航官网说需要Please type in your reservation code and surname 登陆 但 reservation code 具体是哪个啊

我看的規定(土航官網)土航國內線特價票不得取消退款：Domestic (P,W,G) Tickets; Promotional class domestic ticket fares do not allow cancellation and refund and change of reservation and flight type neither before nor after the flight.http://www.turkishairlines.com/en-int/travel-information/legal-notice/terms-amp-conditions/cancellation-refund
