关于黎巴嫩签证问题

我想问下去黎巴嫩旅游是否可以落地签，意思是不是就是免签了？还有就是需要存款证明或者财产证明吗？还有需要什么要求的呢？还是我可以任性的买张机票说走就走呢？求大神回答
