从北京去马赛，在巴黎转机，求问是在巴黎过关

定了一家“No charge for cancellation up to the day of arrival, 6PM (local time). After this, the hotel will charge for the first night including taxes”的酒店，应该是到达当天18:00前取消就不用收费的酒店？？？？
从北京到巴黎是3点到，但是马赛是晚上8点到…所以想问问是在哪里过关…
